V3 XML Publishing Process

This project manages a combined V3 Publishing and V3 Generator tool suite that is used to publish all V3 Ballots and Normative Editions.

As noted in the news, a initial, general release of the V3 Publishing MIF-based tool suite was made on September 28, 2010. . That release  superseded rand earlier combined tool that was released under a the V3 generator project.  The latter has been withdrawn in favor of this release.

The tool is available as released Files under this project (preferred) and from the project's SVN source, where the release has been "tagged" (at revision 451).  Documentation and  installation instructions are being posted on the HL7 Wiki.
