Austin asks if this will be assessed against the primary WG sponsoring the project or all WG participating. Mead finds it to be a bad idea as the dates are not meaningful. CMy notes this is a project health but not WG health issue. Need to establish Project Health Metrics. Ken notes that if a committee isn’t really working on a project how to tie it to the process? Let’s get project health done then we can look at tying it to WG Health.
